Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel by a representative. After check-in, take time to relax and unwind from your journey.

PM: Proceed for a sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple and witness the sacred Aarati ceremony.

Pashupatinath Temple – one of the most revered Hindu shrines in the world and among the five principal pilgrimage sites for Hindus. Every year during the Maha Shivaratri Festival, thousands of devotees from across the globe gather here to pay homage to Lord Shiva.

Pashupatinath represents Lord Shiva in his most compassionate form — the guardian of fertility. Unlike many other shrines, no animal sacrifices are made here; instead, devotees offer fruits, flowers, and vermilion. The temple is beautifully situated on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River, where many Hindus believe that being cremated grants the soul a direct path to heaven.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara.

Pokhara – the second-largest city in Nepal – lies serenely on the shores of Phewa Lake in the country’s central region. Often described as the Adventure and Leisure Capital of Nepal and the gateway to the famous Annapurna Circuit, Pokhara offers a rich blend of natural beauty, adventure, and relaxation. From tranquil lakes and cascading waterfalls to yoga, reiki, and meditation retreats, the city has something for every traveler. Explore fascinating caves such as Mahendra Cave, enjoy boating, canoeing, or white-water rafting, or challenge yourself with rewarding hikes like the viewpoint at Sarangkot, which provides breathtaking Himalayan panoramas. For trekking enthusiasts, Pokhara also serves as the starting point to the renowned Annapurna Base Camp and other spectacular mountain trails.

En route, stop at the Manakamana Temple, located in Gorkha district. This revered shrine of Goddess Bhagwati (an incarnation of Parvati) is reached by an exciting cable car ride. The name “Manakamana” combines “mana” (heart) and “kamana” (wish), and it is believed that heartfelt wishes made here are granted.

After the temple visit, continue your journey to Pokhara. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. The evening is free to stroll along the lively lakeside area, lined with cafes, shops, and a relaxing atmosphere.
